Scrappy Quilting Banner

Churndash with 9-Patch Center

There is another great scrappy quilt.  The center unit in the Churndash block has been subdivided to make a 9 patch block.  This is a great quilt to plan for the future by using leftover bits of fabric to make 9-patches and then putting them aside until you have enough to use in a quilt like this.  Notice also the lattice and cornerstones that give unity to this quilt.
